Get Paid To Write Content About Your Inner Most Passions

By Dave Pauls

Journalism can seem like a major no-no for ordinary people like you and me. However, people all over the world write on a daily basis for the love of their topic. Writing is a passion for many people. Some have been writing since they were children and some have taken to writing later in life. The vast majority don't think they can get paid to write.

Not everyone thinks they can be a good writer but they make that assumption based on their opinion of a good writer is. Too often we assume a good writer is someone like John Grisham. That just isn't true as there are many different styles that have good writers.

Good content is actually about love and passion for the topic. Many thousands of others on a global scale will have a passion similar to yours even if it is a weird but cool topic that people are passionate about. Most of us have an interest in mainstream culture too such as politics and music.

You don't even have to target a worldwide audience. Local topics of interest can be areas of passion for writers too. Local writers provide good targeted content better than any national or international news source can. There can be immense joy in writing about local issues too.

Getting a job or position at a newspaper, magazine or website to do what you love to do, writing about topics of interest, is a herculean task that many fail at even at the first hurdle.

Fortunately for many would-be writers and bloggers there are some services that pay you to write for them. That's right, you get paid to write. You can do this in topics and categories you love so this is the easiest way to write for many amateur scribes.

There are websites that take your content in the form of articles and blog posts and put them on the internet and then share the money they make from advertisers with you. There is a huge advantage to using these sites over self publishing on the internet. It is visitors to these sites. They get huge numbers and that means the advertisers pay more to be on those sites.

The most generous site that has a writer-site revenue sharing model is a site called InnerBuzz. It has a 50/50 sharing model that means that writers receive half of all revenues generated from advertisers when readers click on the links in your posts or articles. This 50/50 split is by far the most generous on the net for this type of model.
