And if you are in this world of business, you can't avoid other people who may do everything just to have what they want. And business fraud is one of the most common issue when regards to tricking. Some would do anything just to have a good outcome for their selves and would do anything even tricking others.
The act of deceiving others is what we call fraud. One act is when you are selling something, and instead of giving the quality of the product that your customer needs and wants, you would give them of low quality. There are punishments that are applicable for these fraudulent acts. The usual penalty for fraud is the amount of the item plus the amount of interest if there are any or you will also pay the value of the damages that you have caused to the person. When you make yourself a partner of a business entity even though you are not just to have some benefit from others is also a fraudulent act. The act may be making some transactions or activities to other persons just to have your benefit. Another business fraud is when it is the business that makes a person a partner of the business and will put the name of that person so that they will trick others.
Business fraud does not necessarily mean man to man transaction. It may also happen through your interaction in the internet or through some other communication like text scams or may be to some letters that you receive. Forgeries of documents can also be a fraudulent act. Copying of work of others for your honor is also a fraud. Counterfeiting of a country's currency is also a fraud act.
In the some other fields like the medicine, there are also fraud acts, just like when you are selling a product and you make your customers believe that it will be effective for them. When you falsely advertise your customer's product is also a fraudulent act.
There are just people who don't care of others just to give them benefits. But for you, be aware and sensitive of the things that may make you regret in the end.
