The Best Movies To Look Out For Online

By Sarah Fisher

It wasn't that long ago that a trip to the corner video shop was the most convenient way to get a movie. These days you can stay at home and get movies form a movie download site. Following is list of a few movies that you can get using a movie download site.

The Fabulous Baron Munchausen: Filmmaker Zeman from Magnificent Planet and Jules Verne grants another graphic pleasure here, however his episodic fantasy-which takes his idol from the inside of a whale to the surface of the moon-is stilted and unemotional. Cast includes Milos Kopecky, Jana Brejchova, Rudolph Jelinek, and Jan Werich. (84 minutes, 1961)

X Men: The Last Stand: For the first time in history, the mutants have a choice. There is a cure for the mutants, so they can choose to give up their powers and become normal people. With dissention among the mutant leaders, a massive war ensues.

Dino: Mineo at his disobedient best playing youth offender befriended by a gal Kohner and a communal employee Keith. Reginald Rose adjusted his esteemed Television play, and Mineo re-made his featuring role. Cast includes Sal Mineo, Brian Keith, Susan Kohner, Joe De Santis, Dime Santon, Blunt Faylen, and Richard BakaIyan. (94 minutes, 1957)

Dante's Peak: Formulaic yet amusing catastrophe film where we see a scientist from the U.S. Geological Study who hangs around a mountainside town in Washington just beside a volcano that he feels is going to blow at some second. Cast includes Pierce Brosnan, Linda Hamilton, Jamie Renee Smith, Jeremy Foley, Elizabeth Hoffman, and Charles Hallahan. (108 minutes, 1997)

Higher Learning: Columbus University is a true melting pot of cultures and social backgrounds. These young kids face racism, rape, peer pressures, and sexual development in this tense trauma. One confused, mild mannered, student finds himself part of a violent skinhead gang when he finds nowhere else to turn for help.

Defending Your Life : Brooks dies in an automobile crash and finds himself in Judgment City, where Tom is designated to guard his life before a tribunal and, where he falls in love with associate candidate Streep, who's too excellent to be real. Flawed, like most of Brooks' films, although full of ludicrous notions and difficult to loathe. Cast includes Albert Brooks, Meryl Streep, Tear Tom, Lee Permit, Buck Henry, George D. Wallace, and Ethan Randall Embry. (101 minutes, 1991)

Allan Quatermain and the Lost City of Gold: This movie was an unfortunate adventure bomb. Chamberlain returns to Africa looking for his sibling, who's been tracking a lost off-white tribe. Cast includes Richard Chamberlain, Sharon Rock, James Earl Jones, Henry Silva, Robert Donner, and Doghmi Larbi. (99 minutes, 1987)

The Kingdom: This four hour film is essentially 4 Danish Television shows strung together, set and shot at the genuine Nationwide State Health center in Copenhagen. It is known as "The Empire'. As essentially every critic has pointed out, this is ER meets Double Summits, with crackpot physicians, supernatural goings-on, sex, black humor, etc. A should for those who imagine they've seen everything. Cast includes Ernst-Hugo Jaregard, Kirsten Rolffes, Ghita Norby, Soren Pilmark, Jens Okking, Otto Brandenburg, Baard Owe, and Solbjorg Hojfeldt. (271 minutes, 1994)

Get Smart: Maxwell Smart is back. It's CONTROL versus KAOS in the classic battle of good versus evil. Analyst Maxwell is thrust into the role as secret agent and must put down the attack by KAOS, and their leader Siegfried.
