Developments in the execution of industrial processes have resulted in increased automation. There is no longer any need for people to be physically present for production to take place. The work in a control room can be very demanding. Long working hours may be required at times. The furniture that is used in work stations should provide workers with desired comfort levels. This goes a long way in increasing their concentration levels. All this in the long run results in increased levels of efficiency.
