Politics, Law Firms, And Freedom Of Religion

By Melvin Hernandez

For those not so accustomed with computer hardware, have you ever tried purchasing a laptop unit and in about five months your hard disk just gone down? Whew! It's quite a relief it's still within the one year warranty time frame, you must have thought. The associated warranty documents serve as agreements for the protection of customers, vendors, and suppliers alike. The guarantee promises to replace defective parts or the whole unit for logical damages contained by the one year time frame from the day of purchase.

Understanding agreements causes you to be genuinely responsive of your rights. You'd immediately discern if you're being short sold or if you are being illegally treated. Just like the insurance policy is the basis for the insurance allegation by the policy holder, so the warranty is the basis for legitimate claims by consumers. It states that the replacement is a brand new one or an equivalent refurbished variety. In the situation presented above, the replacement need to be brand new. Replacement with a refurbished variety violates the warranty since hard drives last a minimum of two years before breaking down.

Did you know that freedom of religion is the very foundation of democracy? All democratic governments own constitutions that promote liberty of speech, expression, and religious conviction. The early settlers of America immigrated to this land for the liberated practice of their religion, and the constitution of the United States is built on that principle!

Over the years, the people's regard for law and order became institutionalized in law firms. Aside from participating in business, they are symbolic of civilizations' movement toward growth as well as development. But the current generation should watch that they don't gradually erode the preservation of true freedom of religious conviction in their exercise of modern politics.

The globalization phenomenon shouldn't allow today's lawyers to magnify individual rights a lot and disregard societal welfare and justice. This isn't right. A lawyer should have righteous morality which encompasses fitting legality!
