Brochures

By Abraham McFee

Creating brochures for business promotion is an age old concept; being used by businesses for years as a mode of communication with the customers. It seems as if since the inception of print technology brochures have been into being.

All credit goes to our creative teams who consider all the minute details to come up with the top most output. The following foundation factors are responsible for making our designs beautiful and impactful.

- Outline Preparation: Basis the information we collect from the client, we first prepare a rough outline of the project, showing the details like intent and aim of project along with other information like dimensions, other technical specifications etc. We always seek client's approval on this outline before proceeding, so as to avoid any confusion later.

- Color and contrast:As a part of website designing we generally prefer to give separate color to separate sections or pages of websites. This makes them easily distinguishable. Proper attention is given to the color of text also. It should be neither too dull nor too loud. The font size is also selected carefully so that the viewer doesn't have to put extra effort to read the content.

- Sketch & wireframe preparation: We find it a better option to prepare a preliminary sketch before actually moving to the software for the final version. This not only saves us time but also allows us to seek client's approval at mid-stage.

This technology has allowed us to bring about huge modifications in even the older methods. Earlier there used to be generally three fold brochures but today even these are available in all shapes and sizes. Well it depends on the business they are created for, that they can take any shape, alongwith a variety of images to choose from(suiting the theme). For example, if there is any promotional offer or sale during Christmas, you can actually print Christmas theme related images like that of Santa, bells, X-mas tree etc. These are self-indicative of the reason of the promotional activity. Similarly if any insurance company is launching a new annuity plan, they show elderly people in images which clearly reflect the segment of society it is meant for.

- Scope of Feedback: We value our client's feedback and always allow room for it. The client's feedback is very well acceptedand incorporated in our designs.
