Pulling out of blocking objects to unclog pipes are done by using an auger. The first thing to do is to let water out by unscrewing the elbow of the pipe. By pushing the auger into the pipe, do so until a blocking mass is encountered. Further push of the cable to get the clog and by then rotating when there is presence of resistance until cables are moving freely.

In a scheduled and planned practice, this maintenance can get your pipes clog free. Uncaring for your pipes may lead to clogs compared to scheduled prevention. Once dirt and debris resides inside the pipeline, it slows down the speed of flow from within. If dirt settles due to poor flow, dirt will become solid and may result clogs in the future.

Prevention for solid materials from entering, physical guards are present to prevent drainage from clogging. Drainage mouth with dirt screen are guard to prevent solid materials from entering pipelines. Though screens are likely be blocked in time, trapped materials should be disposed of promptly.

Use of a good cleaning solution can create good odor for your drainage pipes. With the use of a cleanser, it can sludge out thin layers of it inside your pipes. With a clear environments, cleaning drains at regular basis can be practiced.
