Improve Your Genesis Pure Profits

- Make Attrition A Non-Issue

Attrition is one of the biggest problems Genesis Pure marketers face. Genesis Pure business builders are taught two tactics to boost retention, but each strategy creates other problems.

1) Method one is to assist new Genesis Pure distributors to make money right away, so they get an early taste of success and want to stick around. When you attempt to help EVERY new Genesis Pure rep in your organization get into profit quickly, you spend LOTS of time helping your worst-performing new reps, the people who can't sponsor anyone by themselves. This takes focus away from your best people, the top 20% of your Genesis Pure downline that will drive 80% of all your income. Spending most of your time on the weakest 20% of your people just fosters dependency.

2) The other common approach is get your Genesis Pure team members to feel connected to your team, so the interpersonal connections and sense of belonging the person feels overcomes frustrations that might otherwise make them quit. Genesis Pure team webinars, live training events, and getting on the phone with your new people can all foster a team experience. This strategy can foster dependency. You'll end up with many underperforming team members who stick around for the team connection but sponsor few or no people into Genesis Pure.

You're running a business, not a self-help group. A contrarian but effective approach to the attrition problem is to revise your business model not to boost retention, but rather to make retention much less important. To make attrition less of a problem, promote affiliate products to your prospects, which can easily add more than 10 affiliate income streams to your business. This diversifies your income and makes you less dependent on your downline for revenue. When you depend less on your downline for income, attrition matters less. A second way to make attrition less important is to promote a high ticket opportunity that pays commissions of $1,000 or more per sale. Traditional network marketing opportunities like Genesis Pure pay out only about $60-$120 per new signup, so you must develop a large team and residual check to make a substantial income. If you earn a commission of $800 or more each time you sponsor a new rep, it's like you're earning 3-4 years of residual income checks up front, so it doesn't matter if this new person quits, because you get paid so much up front. This approach makes attrition almost irrelevant to your business!

- Don't Chase People

Most Genesis Pure reps are taught to make a list of individuals they know and approach these people about their opportunity. This approach only works for a month or two, then you run out of people to talk to about your business.

That's when reps start running around asking strangers they meet to take a look at their business opportunity. Chasing strangers is very ineffective. Almost non eof these people are going to be a match for your Genesis Pure opportunity.

Instead of calling people to introduce to Genesis Pure, attract prospects to you online who ask you about Genesis Pure. Attracting prospects to you creates several advantages:

- You'll sponsor more people in far less time. You'll make a lot more money for your investment of time.

- It's easier to sponsor a lot of distributors, so your income can increase a lot.

- Quality of life goes way up. You deal with a lot fewer uncommitted reps. and people who aren't eager to work.

Your positioning needs to change if you're going to attract prospects to you. Don't position yourself as a network marketer looking to promote a business. Be someone who teaches others how to grow their MLM, regardless what company they represent.

Write blog posts or shoot short videos that teach specific skills that will help networkers grow their businesses. Some of your followers are going to approach you and ask to sign up under you in your business.

- Build Differently

In Genesis Pure and other network marketing companies, reps are instructed to:

- Put in writing a list of all the people you know

- Invite these people to look at some information about your Genesis Pure venture

- Get an answer about whether they want to sign up

Most people do NOT succeed with these traditional tactics. Only about 5% of network marketers make a profit. 95% lose money every month.

The traditional network marketing strategies have a lot of disadvantages You run out of people to talk to once you've talked to everyone on your list. Networkers have no clue how to generate leads. Their business just stalls.

It usually takes 3-5 years to build a 6-figure income using traditional tactics. Very few people can withstand losing money for years before they make a profit. In order to profit, you must do things differently.

- Acquire basic skills in generating leads online

- Promote affiliate products. Then you earn money on the 95% of prospects who will NOT join your Genesis Pure business.

- Sell something that provides commissions of at least $1,000 per sale. That way, you don't require a big downline to make a lot of money.
