All you should know is the requirement for that application in terms of making proper documents in the predefined format etc.

Apart from the above explained, a business should know about the documents that are commonly required for handling any transaction to pass through the customs clearance process. Airway bill, Sales invoice, packing list, shipping bill, purchase order copy for the buyer are the common bills that are required in the customs clearance process. Also the origin of the goods certificate and insurance certificate will be required.
