Essential Guidelines When You Rent A Limo Service

By Betty Lewis

Limousines are saloon cars or luxury sedans driven by chauffeurs generally and have partitions between the compartments of the passengers and driver. They have lengthened wheelbase usually and are either extended by their manufacturer or by the independent coachbuilder. They come in either black or white commonly and is considered an automobile ground transportation which is the most expensive.

Most wealthy people own one of these including the government for transporting senior politicians or guests of honor. Those less wealthy though would hire a limo service AZ for special occasions instead such as bachelor parties, proms and weddings. Here are some vital guidelines in renting the right limousine for any event you want to use them.

Renting for special occasions is not its only reason for hiring one but other things also such as a gift for the people you love. They could be transported from your house to salon, spa or any other relaxing or beautiful places you want to bring them to. You could make the destination a surprise as it will add their feeling of being pampered and doing this may cost less when compared to individual gifts.

Limo drivers are usually fully booked on weekends so having their services on weekdays would be easier than other days. If the driver does not work for a company and owns the car himself then he could give you discounts on slow days. Take note which days they usually have no or lesser clients and you might just score a cheaper ride.

These services are charging by the car so it does not matter how many people are riding as long as they fit the maximum capacity. So determining first how many you are will help you decide on which one to rent that has enough capacity for everyone. Other companies would try offering bigger ones but renting those are unnecessary to feel luxurious.

Other things will be taken to consideration for the rental price to finalize it such as how much gasoline would be used. This is included in the quotation and is estimated based on the distance of the travel expected from that day so inquire on what is accounted for. Some other fees which might not be accounted are parking fees and road tolls.

All rental companies are required by law to have private hire insurance for their vehicles and the occupants or passengers. Though some do not have this because it is an expensive cost which most of them does not want to pay for. Check if their chauffeurs also have a license in driving this certain kind of vehicles and request for proof for both.

Avoid companies which request a deposit that is more than fifty percent of rental price particularly those who even ask for full payment in advance. The deposit ranges usually from twenty until fifty percent and debit card or credit card can be used. Check if bringing your own drinks is possible and the availability of coolers.

Negotiate the price but also the other amenities that are being offered by them. Others have similar hourly rate with one another and the difference is between their amenities only. And reputable ones allow their fleet to be inspected so do so before you finalize the deal.
