Do the consumers have any grievances concerning the existing company services. It may be tough to sway clients from a known brand to something entirely new due to the uncertainties involved.

It is also important to review the market you are to venture or have already ventured into. Does it already have established sellers of the exact same product. It may hard for customers to shift from a supplier they are already used to, especially if there are no complaints from the clients and the companies that you intend to compete with are big and have been in the industry for a long time.

Getting involved in too many products. Its imperative than you should focus on a single particular product and in this way be able to keep on improving on the product. That is if you are big on branding a product. For re sellers, selling multiple products may not be a bad idea.

In conclusion, a particular business may be fail to pick up in terms of profits because of multiple different reasons. Some of those reasons are mentioned above. The wrong choice of products for sale is one of them, one could either decide to change it or improve further on it .
