Sometimes getting used to one thing leads to boredom, when this happens change must be considered, when it comes to drinks like coffee, there is coffee alternative that can be used to serve same purpose and live users satisfied.

Green tea is made of green leaves that are crushed and grinned then packed in fine powder form; these leaves used have a minimal amount of caffeine compared to other plant substances used to make drinks. Some benefits of using these Greene tea is that they help in cleaning human blood and body systems like the liver.

Nutty drinks like blended drinks are rich in fiber and vitamins and other nutrients like keratin that is helpful in nourishing hair, nails and for body building as its part of protein nutrients. Blended nuts are being added in food supplements for athletes to ensure the nutrients help them get to their maximum athletic potential like people who do weights.

Licorice tea is an alternative that is new in many markets, sweet taste and spicy smell is making it to be used by many people today. Some of its benefits include balancing male reproductive hormone quantity in a humans body and cooling adrenaline rush effects,

In other places like Samoa people use wheat grass as a source of juice that is dietetic and supportive. It helps in making sure blood is clean and removing toxin substances from someones blood.
