Both blades work fantastic.
I recommend them. We paired this with the Bosch 4819 Evolution, and they are undoubtedly the very best wiper blades we have ever had. The old wiper's rubber broke loose, so I can't tell from that. I have the J-hook mount piece from Vancouver auto glass. I have used Valeo for a long time. Like I said they do fit and therefore are created for my automobile they just seem badly designed, I bought these wipers for a 1999 Honda Accord.
Anyways, great improvement, I have no idea how I at any time drove without these!!! However, there might be an opportunity that the wiper size is not correct, and if I were to buy a blade 2" shorter, it might correctly rest by itself against the windshield and never streak. By no means shall something other than Bosch run across my windows and Anderson window screens! They're quite and they thoroughly clean the windshield without streaks. The stock blades on my small 2007 Altima were streaking and squeaking everywhere, so I bought this along with the 17" blades to exchange them. The passenger side blade does pretty well however the drivers side only contacts the glass on the final three inches of the blade.
I purchased these as a present to somebody. The blade by itself does not seem all that unique, either.
No streaks and no blade chatter, but they're completely new and time will tell. Get it done and you'll be sorry. I really like the bracketless style, and I can testify they survived a harsh New England winter season while not having to be babied. They're cheap all plastic, but they've worked every bit as good in rain or snow and even though I've only had them for a month I've never been disappointed with them, and they're supposedly all weather.
These ones match the vehicle completely and seem to perform equally well. It wipes cleanly and chatter or miss spots. The installation was a piece of cake - on top of the wiper is a bracket that you slide to spread out. Less expensive rivals do not last even half of this time. It entirely serves its purpose. There's a hook cover that safeguards the main hinge from snow and ice build-up - this can be a nice touch.
Putting the very first blade on was a complete hassle. By January both blades were streaking. The storm yesterday was an ideal check. I got myself this a month ago.
