In terms of physical abilities, human beings are a serious disadvantage in terms of physical abilities. Money is going to be an issue. This is because pretty much everyone who is alive in the modern day requires money. No one goes to work just for the thrill of it. No, they go to work because they get things like a salary and benefits, both of which are incredibly necessary.
But they should also be qualified for the position. After all, it does no one any favors if someone gets the job and they do not actually know how to do it. If someone who is unqualified for the job actually gets hired, then they are going to be fairly incompetent at it. Now, that incompetence can lead to a downswing in productivity, which is not ideal under any circumstances, but particularly undesirable given just what products move through pipelines.
