The best form of action would be to consult a lawyer who can make an informed decision on whether it s an absolute necessity or just an extra cost that is unnecessary because there is a possibility on having the search backfire on the party that has requested it.
Psychological testing should not be seen as in a bad light but rather as an alternative way to gather information without the intimidation of the courtroom.
