A company always operates under rules. These rules are always put in place for both the workers and the employers in different capacities. It is both their duties to follow the rules to the letter for the company to grow and operate in a good way. This are; losses due to low output from the discouraged employees who have no moral to work due to the bad conditions, recurring strikes due to poor, unhealthy and unsafe working conditions, the employer risks closing down because many people resign and bad company image.
Employees also encounter some difficulties due to employer not installing the security measures. They include: sickness because of poor inhaling gas, direct contact with dangerous chemicals, not knowing what to do or who to contact in case of an emergency, low pay as a result of low output in the company, they risk permanent disability due to injuries from the machines also causing low self-esteem.
Lastly, it is mandatory for the employees to know what safety measures that should be there in their companies taking into consideration the kind of work they do. They should always demand for training for any equipment that they do not know how to use or are unfamiliar with. They should always report to the necessary authorities in case of any negligence
