So the question on everyone's mind is can you make money with cash gifting and is it legal? The answers to both of these questions is a little gray.
Lets first define cash gifting. Cash gifting is the act of giving money to someone without the expectation that you will recieve anything in return. There are no actual products in cash gifting.
After your "sponsor" has recieved the gift, you can now begin recieving these gifts as well if you can trick someone into sending it. The consumer will want to ask themselves the question "am i comfortable with this business structure?" before proceeding.
Are there any reputable cash gifting companies out there? Good question and its a bit like saying "are there any nice terrorists?" These companies will shoot up and dissapear overnight due to the nature of the so called industry.
IRS law on cash gifting are very strict and they continually update them in an attempt to stop people from getting scammed.
The business itself works the way a lot of other companies do, they drive traffic to a website. Only on that website you won't see a person's smiling face, you will see hands and money.
I can understand where they are coming from, what boggles me is how they can get people to actually send these gifts without a better knowledge of who they are dealing with.
Ultimately the decision is yours alone. I am sure there have been a few people who have made some money in this program and have been able to dodge the IRS.
