Just a part of any safety precaution, we always have a maintenance to any structures or establishments. This is to assure the safety of the people around there and working there. This is also a good preventive measure to ensure the quality of the facilities being used to avoid further expenses when the cases worsen.

They have several people who can check on different facilities, they may hire a company who can check or they have their own crew who usually does the maintenance. They will be testing each equipments carefully and conduct samples on how to use them properly. The pathways or exits should not be block with any thing that can cause further trouble.

The ventilation and air conditioners are inspected every now and then. If these are not working properly, this will greatly affect the environment of the workplace. Filters should be change in accordance with the schedule for each department, and to avoid causing more expenses if not fix right away.

They do not missed checking the operations of each elevator or escalator they have in there. It will cause a lot of trouble when it starts to malfunction that can may delay them with any transactions they are doing. This can trigger accidents if not check efficiently and effectively by the crew who are working on it.

They assure that everything is going well with the transactions and equipment in the campus are effectively functioning. They hire people whoa re capable in having this kind of job and most of them are engineers and technicians. They are receiving a competitive salary from the rank they have and department they are currently in to.
