The estimator will be giving the information to the management and the management will be using this figures in their planning of strategies. From there, they will also be suggesting to the management where to buy the best materials and getting subcontractors. The goal is to make sure that the costs are cut down as much as possible. Of course they also have to make sure quality is still there.
