How To Advertise Your Webinar

By Adam Khan

There is more to a successful webinar than interacting with your audience via webcam. Regardless of how good you are at presenting and explaining things via webcam, you will have to get viewers interested in your webinar thanks to an efficient marketing campaign.

If you want to do webinar marketing, there are really just two ways to do it: paid or free. While each type of webinar has its own set of advantages, whatever you do, however, you should only do webinars if you have some valuable information to offer to your attendees. If you have a webinar that reeks to much of sales pitch, you will turn off people and they will not want to deal with you ever again.

Get people interested in your webinar by sharing some samples. If you want to ask people to pay a subscription for your webinar, you should offer some free samples. These samples will help your audience decide whether or not the webinar will be valuable to them. Do your best to share quality articles, videos or Podacst with your audience and give them specific example of the additional information they will learn through your webinar.

On the other hand, the main advantage of paid webinars is that you will get quality leads. By quality, we do mean that you will have a list of people who would be more than likely to buy from you. Really, if people are willing to pay to attend your webinar, they'd be more than likely to buy your other products and services as well.

The key to successfully marketing with webinars is that you should offer valuable information to people. And by valuable, we do mean information they won't able to find anywhere else. Webinars is not just about selling products. It's also about building your brand and reputation as a good source of information.
