IBM's acquisition of Israeli start-up company WorkLight mobile applications

IBM on Tuesday announced that it has acquired Israeli start-up company WorkLight.

WorkLight is a company to provide mobile application development and infrastructure software. IBM said the deal could help the company expand the function to provide customers with enterprise mobility features. IBM did not disclose the financial terms of the deal. May be this action protect the company's interests, we think that WorkLight will run more powerful than before.

WorkLight received a total of $ 18 million investment. WorkLight allows companies to develop and provide HTML5, mixed and local applications, as well as those software applications and mobile middleware, security and integration of data management and analysis services are together. WorkLight can greatly reduce the upcoming time, cost and complexity, and through more equipment devices provide a better experience to user.

WorkLight's clients include companies of various industries and sectors, such as the financial services industry, retailers and healthcare industries.
