How Can You Reach A Lot Of people In A Hurry

By Mike Schwartz

With all home based businesses the most important thing is to get plenty of visiters to your site. To get the desired results you need to drive plenty of traffic to your business. Using ezine advertising is one sure way to do it.

Advertising with an ezine can be as little as 8 bucks and can go as high as 1000's depending on the size of the list they are sent to. So why does an ezine work so well and what is it? They are electronic magazines that are delivered to people that subscribe to them.

They got the word ezine by taking the E from electronic and the zine from magazine. Some people call them newsletters. Usually ezines are delivered via e-mail.

Ezines are only sent to people that request them. They are not spam or any kind of unsolicited e-mail. People that have subscibed to the ezine respond to the ads placed in them.

Ezines work so well because they are delivered to a targeted group of readers. Matching your offer to an ezine that reaches you target market is the key to succeeding with ezines. The big secret to success with ezines is to target your offer to the right audience.

Your goal is to put your ad in front of these highly motivated readers. So what are the different types of ezine ads available for you to use to market your business? You may have heard about solo ads, sponsor ads, classified ads, so lets look at some of these.

* Solo Ads- These are simply e-mail ads that are sent out to everyone on the publishers list and contain only your offer. Since it only contains your offer you will get a greater response.

* Sponsor Ads- A sponsor ad appears at the top of the ezines and is usually seen by everyone.

* Classified Ad- Just like an ad in the newspaper a classified ad is usually three to five lines of text including a headline, the ad body and a link to click. These ads are very cheap to buy, and work well but not as effective as a solo ad.

If you are just starting or have an existing home business I recomend using ezines for your advertising.
